Seems that the Blue Band-tee would have trouble hitting water if he fell out of a boat in the middle of the ocean. But, he's got perseverance, and that's just as important, if not more so, than near 'bout any other trait in the murdering game. He may never make it to mass murderer, or even double homicide for that matter, but...if...and that's a big IF...he sticks with it long enough, I'm sure the authorities will give him credit for the attempt.
